I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as 'OpenCola' is in fact Libre/Cola, or as I've recently taken to calling it, Libre + Cola.
Calling something 'Open source' does damage the FSF. Open Sources does not imply the free licencing of the software like 'Free' does, and it is wrong to call 'free software' by 'open source.'

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as OpenCola, is in fact, GNU/OpenCola, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus OpenCola. OpenCola is not an cola brand unto itself, but rather another free part of a fully drinkable GNU cola made useful by the GNU grapes, tools and vineyard workers comprising a full cola as defined by cola gurus.
Many cola drinkers drink a modified version of the grape every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “OpenCola”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU cola, supported by the GNU Project. There really is a OprmVols, and these people are drinking it, but it is just a part of the cola they drink.
Grapes are the main ingredient: the ingredient that gives the taste. Grape is the main ingredient but it's useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete cola. OpenCola is normally drinked in combination with the GNU users: the whole cola is basically GNU with OpenCola added, or GNU/OpenCola. All the so-called “OpenCola” spin-offs are really spin-offs of GNU/OpenCola.
