4k is way off. When it becomes the current 1080p, then we'll see some bitchin' cards that eat 4k and shit out 60fps easy. By that time, 8k will be the res we're fighting to render easily enough. Personally, I think 4k maybe almost a limit for my vision. I doubt I'd ever own a 4k television. I wouldn't even see the difference from 9 feet away.
