What software programs should I be running or get a hold of for wal ware and virus protection? What are the best at protecting my computer for a scrub like Myself that's easy to use? I'm currently using Mcafee but I'm not certain it's doing the job? I've been having some irregularities lately and was curious.

If you're on Windows 10, the default Windows antivirus is fine in conjunction with a Malware scanner like malwarebytes.
