Is there any way to set up multi-users for a single PC?

As in let's say I have a computer with high end specs. Is it possible for one person to use the computer for video games or whatever and at the same time another person uses the computer to do whatever?

Linux is a true multi-user system that you describe. Concurrent users can be logged on and using the system at the same time. Using it for gaming may vary, however.

you can set it up on any distro. If you already have a preference for one of the major names then you can use it
