Is there any file compression format that if the file gets corrupted, it does not fuck up the entire thing? I dont care about compression, I just want all files in one file so the data get copied faster from one storage medium to the other. Thanks.

TAR i.e. Tape Archive. That's the TAR which is in the tar.gz extension.
It was made specifically for this purpose.
both zip and 7z can function as archive-only formats by setting compression ratio to zero
Seconded for TAR.
You may want to use PAR on the generated archive, too, for added error recovery.

You can create repair files with quickpar.
Fsarchiver. If there is corruption, only one file is affected, can get files after no problen.
