Is anyone of you gentoomen using Xprivacy
is there any decent guide, the faq and built in tutorial is severely lacking compared to the plethora of options included in the module
It's pretty intuitive. What don't you understand how to do?

this is the facebook app from an online screenshot
should I check the boxes of every feature I wanto to be restricted on per application level basis
what I did so far was go to settings from the main page
under fake data, I checked
altitude
Mac address
IMEI
phone number
it seems all applications are following the spoofed data, is there any point of going into each application and fucking around with its settings beyond this

OP here, after some tinkering around I came up with the best setup for now, until I read further documentation.
when you first open the app, go to settings
scroll down, check
altitude, Mac address, IMEI, phone number and more if you want
everything you check in the main settings page will be blocked globally (so every application you open will report the spoofed things you checked, except google maps since it's location can't be spoofed)
then next to each application as you can see in the op pic, you have 2 check boxes, if you check the box on the most right and proceed to open it's application, you will be prompted to allow/deny on all the permissions the app requests and your selection will be saved in the module.
