Hello /g/

So I built a freenas server because I can't into any real server and I'm getting horrible transfer speeds, around 20 Mb/s on Windows 7 ultimate, using CIFS. It's even worse using NFS. Is there anyone out there who might know how i can go about increasing it?

Mobo/CPU: SUPERMICRO MBD-A1SAi-2750F-O
RAM: 2 x 8GB Kingston ECC DDR3
HDD: 6 x 3TB WD Red
PSU: Seasonic G series 550W
Boot USB Drive: SanDisk Cruzer Fit 8GB
Router: Linksys EA2700

All ethernet is a mix of cat5e and cat6.
