Because mobile websites will always blow due to the RAM constraints your shitty 1GB RAM overheating dual-core angry birds processor iphone has. Because of that mobile websites will never look or function as good as their desktop counterparts.
You're only solution is to enable desktop mode in the browser and keep restarting your phone (it might do it for you) everytime it runs out of RAM every 5 minutes.
