I'm curious if anyone knows of a Windows 10 compatible program I could use that will automatically shut down my PC at the same time every night, regardless of whether it's being used or not. I need my PC to automatically shut down at 10:30pm every evening, and while I found a few promising programs and tips for doing this via google, they all seem to be more about the PC being programmed to shut off after X amount of hours, rather than at a specific time each day.

well since it's windows you can just make a little c++ program that runs in the background while checking the time
if it's 10:30 you just run this 'system("shutdown -s")' and it will shut down the pc

Try the 'at' command at /?.
Use it with 'shutdown -s'.
