I'm thinking about hitting the gym any advice for what exercises I should do?

Im happy with version 3.16.0-4-amd64
i also recommend not ever booting into a closed-source operating system (this includes all versions of windows)

Ubuntu Unity or XFCE both work out of the box.

Hey guys I am thinking about hitting the gym but not changing my diet. Any advice on why I'm not losing weight?
Proper response to OP's ironic question.
Linux 10 is bretty nice
4.8.0-rc1
If you're new to it, Ubuntu. Hands down. It's the most user friendly and well supported distro. Try others when you're comfortable with linux. Anyone who tells you otherwise is an autistic basement neckbeard sperging out because they are incapable of understanding existence outside their own. Its easy to them, so its easy to everyone. They like that one so everyone does.
