Does anybody recognize this keyboard layout? The ubuntu installer

Does anybody recognize this keyboard layout? The ubuntu installer keyboard detection comes up with French, but none of the options correspond correctly. Ie standard French is azerty, while this keyboard isnt. I went through all different French and Spanish options but no luck.

Dude you're right, Belgium is correct but apparently they changed some keys around.

It happens all the time. Perhaps the user did it themselves and created their own custom layout because they got fed up with AZERTY.
