If you have access to hfc see if you can get it, most areas tend to have it. Upload isn't much faster but download is. Optus also does 100mbps with no data caps. Am with Telstra because they own the only cable lines to our place and too far for adsl.

Much better than the 2 down I was getting at my old house.
