The intel stock cooler is plenty quiet and you could go with a cheaper SSD. I doubt you'd notice the difference.

Sandisk make some nice budget ssd on mlc (SDSSDA-480G-G26, old version SDSSDA-480G-G25 are almost the same).

Can't say anything about adata or other budget ones, just look for good controller, and (preferably) mlc if possible, over tlc.

The intel cooler is pretty loud under load. Dunno what OP's cooler is like but it is cheap as fuck so I dunno if it'd be an upgrade or not.

There was recent test with stock coolers (temps, noise and so on) on anandtech http://www.anandtech.com/show/10500

E97378-001 that come with core i5 isn't particularly bad or noisy, as max fan speed is only 2k rpm (despite it being only 80mm), in fact it was most silent among all the tested on max fan speed and almost same in lower fan speeds.
