What's a good size ratio for a landscape + portrait monitor setup? Looking to replace my pair of shitty LG 22EN33s. Any suggestions?
Things I'm hoping for:
>1920*1200
>IPS
>VESA mounting
>Displayport
>Thin bezels
I wanted to try 16:10 because I feel like my portrait monitor could use a little more horizontal space, and I also graphics stuff and only very little gaymen. Price increase is pretty steep though, is it worth it?
Apart from being 16:9, these seem to fit my criteria pretty well and fall nicely into my $500 AUD budget. Anyone got any experience with these?

My other monitor is currently a Dell Ultrasharp u2312H which has fantastic colours but this thing beats it out. The only thing that was wrong with it out of the box was a slight green tinge that I calibrated away and a tiny bit of backlight bleed on the lower right corner which doesn't bother me.
The only place it really cheaps out is the stand and the inputs which are total fucking shit for 2016, but it has a DVI-D and looks absolutely gorgeous so I can let it slide.
Matte coating, nice and bright compared to me IPS (new monitor is PLS) colors are close to perfect. No other defects of any kind. It got here in 3 days from fucking 7000+ miles away.
Soon I'm going to vesa mount it and the other one I'm going to get and the stand problem will be solved.
Seriously it's been a great buy so far, and I would recommend one.

What would you ever need a portrait setup for? I can never think of one except for a touch screen based monitor for graphic design/art maybe, but that's only really been a thing in the recent years and not the general 2000s and earlier.

Bit on the expensive side but it's got a much better res for the size.
