Yes there is a chance.
1. Get hard drive out of laptop (unless you didn't have any files you would need on it)
2. Remove battery
3. Grab measuring cup
4. Fill measuring cup with any type of cooking oil to 1/2 cup
5. Put a pinch of salt into the cup
6. Slowly pour the liquid onto the keyboard.
7. Leave computer for 30 min.
8. Put battery back in.
9. Turn on computer. If the computer shows the brand logo, it is working again.
10. Turn off computer.
11. Put hard drive into computer.
12. Turn on computer and use it as normal
