Get the Mbp, it's more powerful then either. You won't use that tablet for shit and you know it.

MacBook Pro. Best specs out of the three.
If you don't like macOS, there's nothing stopping you from installing Windows via bootcamp. If you like linux, you could also get that to work with rEFInd but it's kind of a hassle to get full driver support.
