well 570 is fermi architectur so its normal for it runing hot as fuck. There is nothing you can do about that unless you buy a big ass aftermarket cooler.

i had the same 570 evga reference and it ran just fine with the default fan curve. his card is either broken or some other issue we don't deal with in this thread.

is your case sufficiently cooled? did you set up a custom fan profile? tried undervolting? (this should be especially beneficial if you're using a reference card)
