weird thing happened today, I took one of my dual channel ram chips to my local computer store so they could find another two ram chips that would work well with it on my mother board (pic related, currently running DDR3 1866mhz 2 x 4gb)
So the woman takes my ram chip and puts it on a scanner. like an actual document scanner. and now I put it back in my PC and the ram isnt recognised by the computer.
tl;dr can document scanners destroy microchips??? what le fuck /g/
