This is merely for the casual users. You won't be able to turn it off using the Windows-given settings panel. That way you cannot turn it off.

Otherwise, there is a way of monitoring the machine using 3rd party tools and block off the addresses on your machine or on a local router.
That, along with the Group Policy Options and Registry modifications, one can cut off the telemetry.

Sorry for the noob question, I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 home on my ssd but the boot times are unbelievably slow. I've got a really good of so something if definately wrong and Windows 7 would boot in like 5 secs. Windows 10 taking over a minute, just see the window logo and circles keeps spinning. How I fix?? Saw online people who upgraded are having this issue but I bought w10 and did a clean instal, format and all

Also, I downloaded all my w10 drivers off my mobo website but when I got into Windows after the install all the drivers had auto already been installed. Should I use the drivers from my mono website or the generic auto ones which w10 installed??
