Braswell have shitty single core performance. And it is trottling like a bitch due to fanless design.
It might have problems with third party os. Eg similar acer chromebook 14 cant boot anything except botnetos.
Get a toshiba cb35-c3350 (celeron is fine too) flash bios and replace the ssd.

Baswell is pretty much vishera IPC and doesn't need a fan to cool down thanks to low thermals.
They're very efficient.

3215U is branded as celeron but it is a proper x86 cpu with L3 cache and all instuction sets exept aes-ni.
And it have much better singlecore performance - 69 points in cinebench compared to n3700.
