i wanna die
i plugged bunch of cables in and out all the fans work now
the screenis still unresponsive, no matter if i plug it into the graphics card or the motherboard
i will try to take the battery out of the motherboard and put it back in again, the internet says i need to remove electrical charge if the screen is blank

Similar happened to me recently. Problem was I knocked my RAM loose fucking around in there. Make sure it's seated tight while you try your fixes.

I will probably take it all apart and make sure that no cables are loose and stuff
Is it at all possible that me acidentally touching the motherboard while plugging in a fan could have completely fried it?
There's lights on it and the fans that are plugged into it work too
I tried discharging it by disconecting the power cable and holding down the start button, but that didn't do anything

ESD damage is technically possible, though I've never seen it actually happen and never took any extra precautions other than touching a grounded object before working on my PC.
God bless it fucking works again
I plugged all the cables in and out, there was probably just something loose
I wouldn't have made a thread, but I couldn't find a /sqg/

I didn't do that but after getting this scared I will make sure I earth myself all the way from now on

Glad you got it worked out, "Holy shit I broke it" panic is the worst. Remain calm at all times or you might make the problem worse.
