It will be used for DX12/Vulkan gaming at 2560x1080, Music production, Programming, UDK buffoonery, etc.
Will AMDs driver overhead kill me with a 4460? Will DDR3 be a bottleneck?

Only the platform and CPU is old, but I get an i5 instead of an i3 if I went with Skylake.
