Check your display settings obviously..... hope you checked that before posting. Check if your monitors are detected and such. Amd cards sometimes have trouble with dual monitor setups as 2 hdmi is not supported. Check online

it's that simple

Plug your secondary monitor into the port currently occupied by the primary monitor. If it still doesn't work, you know it's probably not your GPU/display settings.

Then try it with another PC. If it still doesn't work, monitor is fucked. Go grab a service manual, open it up, and see if there are any burst caps.
