When I was younger I used to download everything via newsgroups.

I still download most of my warez thru usenet. You just need two accounts (one long retention paid monthly, another to fill the gaps paid by the gigabyte) to avoid getting incomplete packs.

I have two block accounts which I use whenever I want to download a movie or a show. Sometimes it's taken down by DMCA but if you have a good indexer it's pretty comfy.

you can also use some other providers that offer trials like that and are strictly eu based (aka no takedowns)
