Should they have included heatsink from the factory?
As Raspberry stability and throttling issues due to heat is a real thing.

It's kind of dependent on what you're doing with it. I don't think there'd be any detriment to having a heatsink included, but it wouldn't benefit every user either. Their main goal is always to keep the price to a minimum, so keep the base price down even by cents is worth it to them.
It's not like getting a 3rd party heatsink for the RPi is hard, anyways.

I would have preferred they put out a version with USB 3.0. Without it using it as a baby FTP server goes out the window.
