What is good private tracker with flacs. There are some old albums

Is rutracker a private tracker? Registration is required, but they've got everything. I found a lot of classical music CDs that no one else has.

I don't really use any other tracker. And I'm not Russian, just to be clear.

I always leave utorrent open for seeding, but upload is always at 0 for those torrents.
