Hey I have no idea where to turn right now as it's 3:30am. I hope this is the right place.
I have a Samsung S5 and decided to root it. Honestly, I have no tech abilities but I did manage to root it. Excuse me while I try to explain this, I hope it makes sense.
Then to use the xposed installer I had to upgrade the framework? So I followed the instructions and downloaded the correct xposed.zip and the uninstaller through twrp. Went into recovery mode and flashed the zip files in and it said it went smoothly. Then it told me to reboot and I did, and it wont turn on.
Now I can get my phone to "turn on" but it like freezes? I can still access recovery mode and download mode. I tried to factory reset it through twrp and it still doesnt work. I dont care if I loose the root or my data. I just want my phone to work.
Also I am completely aware that I am an idiot and should not have messed with my phone with no knowledge.

Pretty sure you should just give it back Jamal.
You might have bricked your phone.
This happened to me as well. I had to flash a stock rom to get it working again. Unless you have a backup through twrp you're probably fucked
