So, I'm a programming-layman and I have barely any knowledge, I also don't really need any besides that I want to code my own Imageboard, and I don't want to use a premade engine since there are certain thing which I'd like to add normal Imageboard-Engines are capable of.
Which stuff will I have to learn for this?
And how many time do you guys think I'll take if spend around 2 hours a day on it?

Okay pal I'll make this quick. When you say "engine" you seem to be using it in a way that calls to mind prefabricated layouts like you'd find for WordPress or Tumblr. Do yourself a favor and look up what 4chan and other imageboards are based on. Then get that code and see what it's written in. Then teach yourself the basics. Should only take a few days of dedicated study. Then examine that code and try to figure out what it's doing. When you find out what it's doing you'll know what to change and where to change it.
After that you're going to have to buy a domain and learn to host it. Perhaps consider picking up a raspberry pi and learn to use that and host it from your parent's home.
