95 was consistent, and with that, reliable - every menu, window, button, looked the same across the whole OS.

10 still has some interfaces and icons left over from 95, not to mention all the other versions.

You can get pretty much universal consistency in Linux with Qt and GTK theming, it just takes a bit of work.
