Did I goof?
>Want free SSL for website
>Hosting makes you pay for key and install
>Go to 3rd party site for free SSL
>Got RSA and CSR from different site than hosting
>Put those into another site (lets call it site B)
>Get SSL
>Don't have RSA or CSR (obviously) from site B
>need these to install
I have an SSL certificate, however, since I don't have the RSA and CSR generated from hosting, I can't install in on my host website. Is there any way I could get another certificate?
why wouldn't you just use lets encrypt?

Then code it your own way
It's open source

I would but then I would have to upgrade my hosting plan anon. I will in the future though

>Just use lets encrypt
I did, but the problem is I believe I have to use the certificate signing request generated by my hosting service, which I didn't know they provided before I used lets encrypt.
I used the free 90 day comodo ssl, and my ssl is active, but because I didn't use the CSR provided by my Host, I can only install it using my own hosting information.

You're shit out of luck then amigo, a SSL service provider needs a CSR from where the site is actually hosted and if it's not your own hosted then you're going to have to play ball with whomever is currently hosting it.

yeah, I'm going to contact comodo's support
