you get rid of it by installing gentoo

I love healthy partitions~

open command prompt as administrator
run diskpart
then type

list disk

Find your disk

select disk x

where x is the number listed in the list command from above
then type
clean
This will clear the partition table for you so you can format it all without getting frustrated.
