Are you crazy? Turn that shit off and go back to your bunker before they find you!

Heaven is a far better pure GPU benchmark. Valley requires you to have a top tier CPU to post a competitive result.
>>55752412
I never thought Valley was that cpu intensive?
>>55750491
Idiot.
>>55752412
That may be true (I don't know if it is, just saying I'm open to the idea that it might be) but there are also likely far better benchmarks out there purely for the GPU. If the intention is to get a comparable gaming benchmark (I'm guessing that's what most of us are using our graphics cards for) then Valley would be better.

Is that overclocked at all?
>>55752627
cpu is stock, didn't bother switching profiles.
1070 @ 2075mhz altho gpu-z has me at 2100 so something in that range. just got so haven't tried to push it further.
>>55752691
You should push the memory while you're at it, the chips can go pretty far on most cards
It's a scam.
>>55752422
It very much is. In a single-threaded fashion though, so AMD CPUs suffer more than most.
>>55752583
Depends what you're looking for. If you want an example of how CPU bottlenecks can hold your card back, Valley is better. If you actually want to see the performance of your GPU unshackled, Heaven is better. But again, Valley is very much dependent on single thread performance, whilst most games from the past couple of years aren't. It's not a "realistic" benchmark of CPU bottlenecking in that sense, as we've finally started to move away from games using two threads at most.

Ran it again without Dota 2 open on my other screen.

Like I said, there are even better benchmarks for that that rely on the CPU even less. If you want a more realistic representation of how good a computer is for gaming then Valley is a good choice.
>>55749177
It's also in the AUR

How do one even benchmark?
I feel like something's wrong with my card.

yep
