Faggotry aside, if you want to use Windows, these are kinda needed. All of them, as an elitebook (is it a 84xx?) is a "Professional" series like the Lenovo T series, so they are needed as much as they seem as bloatware first.

lubuntu

every thing works, full functional even the touch sensor for the volume etc.

linux support for elitebooks is on par with thinkpads

the HP DriveGuard isn't necessarily needed but it doesn't hurt either.
The other stuff is just drivers and you definitely want to keep them.
