I just installed Arch. I had Ubuntu yesterday but when I saw that pretty much all software is outdated and Chromium is versions behind, I gave up.

Cinnamon still has the same old problem. Its extensions, extras, gadgets, widgets, addons, whatever the fuck. Those are not only glitchy but seem to be very version dependant. I wanted a classic menu because the one with Cinnamon is not only ugly, but kind of distracting, and I couldn't find one that would actually work well.
