If so, it's basically the same.

If not, just google a Linux ricing guide.

Also, look into DE's (desktop environments). There are a bunch that look better than the GNOME 3 look that Kali ships with.

If GNOME 3 is more your style, you can still make it look cool by downloading shell themes and gtk themes, icon themes, (and I personally would install Plank because it's much comfier than the official GNOME dock).

Just google these things, it's pretty easy.

Shell theme is Arc-Dark, and the icon theme is Numix-Circle.
