Windows 10 made me switch to Arch

Is there even a negative to non-genuine that actually matters? I haven't bother installing Win10 yet, but I've used Win8 for years and just never bothered activating it. I can still get every update, and I just use a tool that removes the water whenever it pops back up over the screen.
