How do I start my own WoW single player server? I know literally nothing about repacks, so I'm having a lot of trouble getting any to work. Every tutorial I find is out of date and obsolete. I'm trying to get Jeutie's Blizzlike Repack working, but I'm a fucking idiot. Is there something else I need to install? Can anyone link me a tutorial that's not obsolete, or just type one out for me?
What version? I did a wow classic with mangos a couple years ago. Had to compile it and everything. Took a couple hours.
You'll have to trick the game into thinking you're connecting to a blizzard sever.
So the first thing you need to do is get a spare computer and install gentoo. Once you've done that report back and I'll give you further instructions

Sorry m8 but WoW is actually dead now, should've played 2009-2015 when you had the chance. No more WotLK community private servers anymore. Forever lost friends. Forever wasted hours... Just thinking about it makes me sad and depressed. No game will ever be as good
just play retail, its basically a singleplayer experience right now anyways

If you can't afford a wow subscription you shouldn't be playing wow.
Get a grip you fag.

>2009-2015
If you've played wow past BT, you should kill yourself.

sunwell was really cool and felt like naxx in terms of the difficulty/end of the expansion vibe. I also really enjoyed heroic ICC a lot in wotlk, but the first half of the xpac was shit imo

WotLK is unarguably THE best expansion, have you not played it?

Download, read the readme. Read the threads. Read other threads on how to setup private servers. Etc.
