I use adobe pdf.

It was recommended to me back in the day when it was literally the only good option, but now I'm too incompetent to look for anything better. Still works fine for me.

I tried SumatraPDF, so far I think it has better rendering than Adobe, at least the borders. Adobe has faster & better scrolling tho.
