My first phone had a 3.2" screen which I LOVED for its small size, actually. The 4.3" phone I had after almost seemed too large, yet here I am now with a 5" screen that I've gotten used to, and considering a 5.5" screen. IMO like 4.5" would be the sweet-spot for my hands.

Used 6.3 incher for a week, it made watching youtube videos nicer and more immersing experience but that's about it. It didn't feel much comfier doing any other task. We all know about drawbacks so no need to repeat that.
