I just changed from Lubuntu to Ubuntu 16 04 because I had problems running Scrapy. Holy shit, Ubuntu is garbage, how can it be popular among smart people?

I just want to walk away from this trash OS, what should I get that runs Scrapy? Should I got back to Lubuntu, try its 16 04? I want something highly customizable and unbroken

I don't understand Ubuntu's popularity. It's they made all sorts of clickey gui interfaces for every action Windows style, but confusing as fuck Linux style.
It was actually easier to operate the so called "advanced" distros than the beginner ones.

have no trouble operating this the same way i would operate an advanced distro.

it's all the same shit, except for the package manager and some file locations.

install dedian

You're the stupid one dude, you can't even figure out how to run a Python program so you do decide to try to install an OS(???). And you think there's a difference between Lubuntu/Ubuntu.

You're embarrassing.

I'm pretty sure Mint is more popular since it has the most views on Distro Watch.

macOS is pretty good, if you want a stable, elegant, UNIX Certified OS.

Without specifics all I can really do is laugh.

But if you want something highly customizable, aren't they all? But usually that means you're looking for an arch, or minimal debian install. I've been using ubuntu server and minimal of the previous LTS for my shit and its been pretty decent, haven't used lubuntu or vanilla ubuntu for a while.
