San Bernardino case involved the FBI asking apple to create a way to make it to get around their secure lock on their phones, which would expose all user data on every phone made by Apple and would make the lock useless.

The FBI asked apple for logs for purchases on iTunes, information every company keeps track. Handing that very specific information does not create a backdoor for the FBI to access the entirety of the iTunes database.
