Is there a relatively easy way to make one of these power packs

Is there a relatively easy way to make one of these power packs output at a voltage and current suitable for charging a laptop? Would I have to construct my own?

I carry around a pack which can do 10Ah at 5V USB (50 Wh) which is even more than my netbook needs for a full charge (36 Wh). I figure it would be very handy to be able to use it in that fashion. Am I missing some big obstacle?
