I checked the IP log and my devices, it has ONLY been logged in from my city, and is only logged in from this phone and my computer

I checked android device manager, it doesn't say any other device

is it possible Google made a mistake or something?

obviously I changed the pass but if someone had access to my account, why wouldn't they change the pass first? Why didn't google send me an email like they usually do if my account was logged in elsewhere?
