What's with all these video card companies releasing new GPUs, and then not having any stock? We all ragged on Nvidia for paper launching, but event he RX480 can't be reliably found on newegg or amazon. If this was any other product, there would be outrage, but since this is a hobby product, the mainstream consumer is just patiently sitting on our hands, waiting for the gods of graphics rendering to hand us our midrange GPUS. This is absolutely unacceptable as a consumer, who expects a product to be available when said product has a launch date. Instead I'm sitting here a month later with money to spend on a new system, but cannot even give the company the money for their product, because it doesn't exist! To top it off, the RX480 has PCI-E problems, which from watching numerous tech reviewers, causes legitimate concern for system stability, which is a COLOSSAL issue that has been swept under the rug because 'muh price to performance ratio'. Who else is getting more disenfranchised with the tech industry?

Imagine you bake all these fucking cakes and there's only handful of people who buy them?
Financially it would be a wiser choice to have a subscriber list of companies/people who want to order your shit.
AMD struggles financially and Nvidia doesent want to shell out the cards like they did with the 900-series, they're flooding fucking everywhere now.
Instead, if you want a gpu now, get some used one with a warranty or buy a current one on sale.
Sell it a month later for the same price, buy your preferred gpu when the hypewave has subsided
Today nothing is perfect in launch, either if you get AyyMD or Shillvidia, you're fucked regardless
Sign up for notifications on Newegg and nowinstock.net
You'll get one eventually if you get it at the right time
My best buy had a bunch of 1080s and 1070s at msrp
