some $25 ddr3 1600
$20 case
$30 psu
$40 refurb 1tb hard drive

buy second hand. you can get a 2500k/motherboard/16gb of ram for about $200 and it will give you a much better experience than some ayymd housefire cpu or budget pentium/i3 cpu.
