it is true. I was in a video call with my friend shooting the shit and sending him porn and i got logged out in the middle of the call on my phone and my computer. I tried logging back in and it didnt say that i was banned, it just said wrong username/password. ive had to wait for 10 hours for a response from skype customer service just to tell me that my account is restricted.
