Why is it so god damn cheap? You literally can't find a better brand new phone for this price.
The answer is in specs, on the right in your picture. It's cheap because it's shit.

Shit screen + Boost which means its probably only usable with Boost mobile. Chances are they use CDMA tech and can't change to other carriers.

It is because of your metric for 'better'
I got 3 gb RAM, octa CPU, 16 gb rom for 110$. Full hd resolution, 2850mah etc.. It is not so great, but fine.

Bingo, this phone can only be used with them. However it does have a sim tray and does have GSM tech (ie lte & enhanced lte). While it is theoretically possible to unlock the sim tray I don't think Boost will let you.

Brand new?

TFT are ancient tech. IPS is last year's standard. AMOLED and shit are new hotness.
Not only that, the cameras are probably shit too.
Chances are it uses cheaper capacitors, resistors, etc than Samsung flagship phones or Apple flagship phones.

You're expecting way too much from a budget phone. Viewing angles and readability in sunlight is actually pretty good.

Camera is surprisingly good. See: https://my.mixtape.moe/klnnej.JPG

Probably not, I've had my Warp Elite for over 2 months now and haven't had a single problem.
Not trying to sound like a shill here, I just own the phone and thought I'd share my experiences with it.

OP asks for reason why its cheap. I'm not saying its not a bad, but thats the reason.
Also cheap small electronics parts inside won't be that much different from a more robust one. The more robust means it will simply last longer and in harder situations where voltage spikes happen and shitz.
