Should I buy it? If not, what are some alternatives in

Mine came in the mail today, it's fast and all, camera is good, but the screen is a regular 1080x1920 which actually isn't so good considering the size of the phone.

As for the OS:
I can see some rendering issues sometimes using the regular systemUI shit. OxygenOS is still fairly new so some bugs should be expected though.

Two things killed me on the 3

Pentile screen that looks similar to what they used on the fucking galaxy s3, pentile pattern is really noticeable at that ppi.

No sd card slot cemented it for me. It's fucking 2016, and OnePlus ha already done this with the opx. There's no fucking excuse for this any more.

Gonna wait till black Friday to see what's available. Will most likely hop on an htc 10 if I can get it for 200 off the current price tag.
