Good speeds (50mbps for a little less than 20e, flat rate) but so incompetent as that they couldn't even track you, not that anybody would want to track you here anyway.

How hard is it to become your own ISP? What should the magnitude of your operations be in order to make it worth it?

I don't know if we need a revolution but some actual change in the market would be nice.

It is exceedingly difficult and extremely costly. There is no worth in providing internet for just yourself. Except for the fact that you control your own connections but you better be wealthy. There is no true alternative for ISP in most areas. This doesn't seem to be a problem that will favor consumers anytime soon until Google creates those wifi balloons.
