Let me give you a tip OP. Plan to spent at least $1k of your budget on monitor and peripherals. Your PC will age quickly. Chances are your monitor, kb, mouse and peripherals will be used for at least 1.5x-2x longer. It's really worth dedicating some money to them.

Or just go on reddit and find a PC building sub to find a pcpartpicker list for your budget that someone else made

Don't build a 4000 dollar pc, build a 2000 dollar one and when you need to upgrade years later use the other 2000 for a new build
